WELCOME TO OLD TOWN PLACE

Since 1999, Old Town Place (through its sister property, Newport Place) has been providing affordable shared apartments for international and American residents. Many of our residents are attending San Diego's top internships, language schools, universities and colleges.

We offer private bedrooms for monthly rental to accommodate both short-term and long-term residents. Old Town Place is an intimate community of 11 residents who live in 2- and 4-bedroom apartments and a 3-bedroom house.

Our apartments are fully furnished with everything our residents need to live independently and comfortably - including a fully outfitted kitchen in each apartment..

All-Inclusive Rent - rental rates include: utilities (water, electricity, gas), Internet, telephone, cable TV, and periodic housekeeping.

The property has free wireless Internet. Residents can access the wireless network either by one of the computers located in each apartment or by using their personal laptops or handheld devices.
